All Ford customers are welcome to search for information on Ford joint business ventures, Ford Fleet Business Development Center's Sale Policy or any information you need.

www.ford.co.th is the website which contains all information you may need about the Ford Company. You can search for information on all Ford vehicle models, covering models from the past, the present and those scheduled for the future. You can even have access to car' engine size, shape and production colors, as well as, to the detail of standard and additional equipment. Ford's services 24-hour Roadside Assistance, jointly with International SOS Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd., we offer a range of services designed to get you out of a prediction and put you back on the road in the shortest possible time. Should you need assistance with medical consultant, vehicle towing, restarting a stalled engine, empty of fuel or left the car key in the car, you can count on us for an expert help.

You can reach us via Ford Hotline numbers (66) 0-2264-0099 for Bangkok calls or toll free (66) 088-225-449 for calls outside Bangkok. Operating hours are commenced from 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. during weekdays, and 8.30 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. on Saturdays. The 24-hour SOS Services for fixed line phone number is 1-800-225-225 and 1-401-225-225 for cell phone number.

The unit also acts as an information center, supplying the latest updates on Ford's business activities in Thailand. Additionally, we provide specifications and prices for all Ford models, details about showrooms and Service centers nationwide, and expert tips for the efficient operation of your vehicle. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome and will be forwarded to Ford's management for use in refining our products and services for your needs.
